With Doctor Li and Proctor Ingram moving back up into the Prydwen, Galvin and Lucia would be the only two named Brotherhood members outside the Prydwen left, wouldn't they? Are these two supposed to be removed from the game at this stage? Do they stay if you complete Duty or Dishonor after finishing Ad Victoriam? I dislike the thought of two named characters simply missing from where they are supposed to be. I am certain that they did not die before I entered the Institute.
I finished Duty or Dishonor before Ad Victoriam. Eliminate all of the Synth enemies here and push in. Travel with Liberty Prime and your troops through Boston until you reach C.I.T. Libery Prime is now locked and loaded for action. They are not at the Boston Airport and can not be found using the ref ids either. Go up the scaffold and insert the agitator behind Prime's head, then go to the computer and activate the power transfer switch. I just finished the main quest for the Brotherhood of Steel and Gavil and Lucia from the Brotherhood's Logistics division seem to be missing.
